The subject of this painting is located in Taiban, NM, not far from the Texas border. The Latin title is from graffiti inside the church, which means, "I strove toward God and stumbled over myself." This church is about all that's left of a Gypsom desert ghost town, and the Latin verse is attributed to the first archbishop of Cantebury.
**ADDITIONAL PAINTINGS BY THE ARTIST CURRENTLY IN INVENTORY. PLEASE CONTACT GALLERY FOR DETAILS.**
